Managed support and engineering services

AISERVER.AZ doesn't simply hand a server over. Base support is included with every order, ongoing administration is a separate managed service, and complex projects are run as dedicated engineering work. All of it is done by real engineers.

Is this server managed or unmanaged?

By default you manage the server yourself. With managed, OS installation, updates, service configuration and monitoring move to us — the scope is agreed with an engineer.

Where is the server located?

In a European data centre. We don't publish a facility name we haven't confirmed; if the specifics matter to you, ask an engineer before ordering.

What does the price include?

The monthly amount shown covers the server itself and the configuration on the card. Additional licences, memory or storage options are priced separately in the configurator.

The price is in manat and applies to a monthly subscription. Any setup fee is shown separately; the amount is fixed when the order is created.
