How ordering works

Five transparent steps: you always know what you chose, when it happens and who is working on it.

    You choose a server

    Pick a configuration from the catalogue and add the options you need — memory, storage, licences — in the configurator.

  2. 02

    We confirm the order

    An engineer checks the configuration, then we send an invoice and payment instructions. There is no online payment on the site yet.

  3. 03

    The server is provisioned

    The hardware is allocated and brought online in a European data centre. You follow the status in your account.

  4. 04

    AISERVER configures it

    OS, network, initial security and the agreed services are installed; if you chose managed, administration stays with us.

  5. 05

    The service is handed over

    Access details, IP address and hostname appear in your account, and the support channel is open.

Where are the servers located?

The servers are hosted in European data centres. We don't publish the name of a specific facility without confirming it — ask an engineer for the details of the configuration you are considering.

What does AISERVER.AZ do?

We select dedicated servers for the Azerbaijani market, process the order, set the server up and, when you want it, administer it fully. The customer relationship, support, configuration and billing are all on us.

How does payment work?

There is no online payment on the site yet. You create an order request, we confirm the configuration and send an invoice with payment instructions. The server is provisioned once payment is arranged.

What is the managed service?

Base support for hardware, network and order-related matters is included with every server. Ongoing administration of the operating system and services is a separate managed service — its scope and price are agreed with an engineer.

Do you help with migration?

Yes. We take part at every stage, from audit and planning through test migration, cutover and the rollback plan. Complex cases are agreed separately.

Which languages is support available in?

Azerbaijani, Russian and English. Messages and calls are handled by the local team — no translator and no offshore first line.
